I stopped the installation after seeing the issues shown below because of the reference to VS 2012. Not sure if I understand your comment "Do you see Fortran support in VS2013". This is a new computer with a clean install of Visual Studio Professional 2013 Update 3 so there should not be any residue VS 2012 elements.
